Continuous/Point Level Measurement

Point Level RF Admittance Level Measurement
Models
  • IntelliPoint RF (Line Powered)
The IntelliPoint Line Powered provides a switch with relay output and “On-Board” self-diagnostics to ensure reliability and sensing elements for a wide variety of temperatures, pressures, and materials. The IntelliPoint carries hazardous area approvals to provide a solution to critical point level applications.

  • IntelliPoint RF (Two-Wire)
The IntelliPoint Loop Powered Two Wire provides a switch with current output and “On-Board” self-diagnostics to ensure reliability and sensing elements for a wide variety of temperatures, pressures, and materials. The IntelliPoint carries hazardous area approvals to provide a solution to critical point level applications.

  • Safety IntelliPoint (Two-Wire)
The SIL IntelliPoint Loop Powered Two Wire provides a switch with current output and “On-Board” self-diagnostics to ensure reliability and conforms to SIL 2 specifications providing the ultimate in switch integrity and sensing elements for a wide variety of temperatures, pressures, and materials. The IntelliPoint carries hazardous area approvals to provide a solution to critical point level applications.

  • ThePoint (Line Powered)
ThePoint Line Powered provides a relay output switch and has hazardous area approvals making it a good choice for most of your point level application requirements. ThePoint sensing element offering is suitable for most temperature, pressure, and material types.

  • ThePoint (Two-Wire)
ThePoint Loop Powered Two Wire provides a Current output switch and has hazardous area approvals making it a good choice for most of your point level application requirements. ThePoint sensing element offering is suitable for most temperature, pressure, and material types.

  • Z-Tron III
The Z-tron III is a general-purpose level switch with relay output suitable for applications that do not require hazardous area approvals and for moderate temperature and pressure.

  • ClearLine, In-Line Fluid Detector
The ClearLine product is a point level switch that mounts directly into the process piping between two flat-faced flanges. This product is best suited to pump protection and low-level indication below vessels.

  • Multipoint II
The Multipoint II product offers three control points located anywhere along a single vertically inserted sensing element. One control point can be set up for differential measurement for pump control. This product is best suited to sump level and batch processing control.

  • Dumpstar
506-6900 Series using 406-6000 Electronics for Water Dump on Oil/Water Separators Our compact, heavy-duty controls provide reliable indication of crude oil/water interface levels in oil production separators. Dependable performance has been proven in automatic well testers, free-water knockouts, and electrostatic treaters.

  • Plugged Chute Detector
Plugged Chute Detector using PML series Electronics Drexelbrook’s Flush-Mounted Sensors reliably detect presence or absence of material flowing through chutes. If process material stops flowing due to a plugged condition, the system will alarm, allowing further action to occur (alerting an operator, shutting down a conveyor belt, etc.). This permits the operator to prevent a problem before it happens.

  • Floating Roof Tanks - Spill Prevention
Specifically designed for Floating Roof Tanks (Internal and External roofs) with Flexible Sensing Element 700-0005-594 Field Adjustable lengths from 1' to 18' (0.3 to 5.48 m) 12" to 216" (305mm to 5486 mm) Wetted Parts: 316SS 3/4" NPT Mounting, 3/16" FEP insulated flexible and adjustable cable, Non-Sparking Brass Sensor.
