What is the Campus Recruiting Initiative?

It's AMETEK's organizational development initiative that seeks to recruit high potential engineering graduates and place them into a leadership development track. The experience may involve rotational assignments at various AMETEK facilities. As an engineer, you will work in a creative learning environment to become future Business Unit Managers and General Managers.

What are the Qualifications for the Position?

  • Electrical or mechanical engineering degree with additional coursework or minor in business field;
  • Demonstrated leadership ability;
  • Solid G.P.A. (3.0 or better);
  • Engineering internship in the areas of electrical or mechanical, preferred.
